They became known internationally after singing with Paul Simon on his 1986 album Graceland, and have won multiple awards, including five Grammy Awards, dedicating their fifth Grammy to the late former President Nelson Mandela. The group was formed by Joseph Shabalala in 1960 and later became one of South Africa’s most prolific recording artists, with their releases receiving gold and platinum disc honours.

These are 10 street performers and musicians who put on an amazing show. These people are the definition of talent!

1) This first act brought me to tears. I am not exaggerating when I say that I cried. The music was beautiful and the way this man played the instrument was amazing. He is a true artist and musician and he truly deserves every coin that he receives for his performance.

2) The second act is a group of drummers and their performance is just as amazing as their ability to send a message through their instruments. This group is called “Drum Cafe”.

3) The third act is a father and his daughter performing together. Their song choice was “You Raise Me Up” by Josh Groban which really sets the stage for an emotional performance.

4) The act following this one is very unique, but yet still familiar. We’ve all heard this song before, but never like this! This guy brings new meaning to the word “talent” with his guitar skills!

5) This next act really surprised me, in a good way! Not only does this man sing well, but he also manages to play two different instruments at the same time! How can anyone do that?

San Francisco is a city known for its street performers. Every year artists from all over the world come here to perform and entertain tourists.

The most popular place to watch street performers in San Francisco is Pier 39, where you can see some of the best street performers in the world.

I was lucky enough to catch 10 of the best street performers at Pier 39, who put on a show for my camera.

Pier 39 street performers Street performers and musicians entertain the crowds of tourists at Pier 39 in San Francisco. A few are good, most are bad, but they all provide free entertainment.

We recently spent a day at Pier 39 in San Francisco, California. It’s a touristy spot filled with souvenir shops and restaurants featuring fresh seafood. The main attraction at Pier 39 is the sea lions who have taken over the docks. Thousands of sea lions have made their home on the docks at Pier 39 since 1990.

Everyday dozens of street performers make their way to Fisherman’s Wharf in order to entice tourists into giving them money for a show. Some of them are really talented musicians and others are just plain awful. We watched a few shows and took some videos to share with you. Hopefully this will put a smile on your face!

Here’s what we saw:

1) Unicycle Juggler – This guy was pretty good! He juggled balls while riding a unicycle, then started juggling pins while pedaling backwards!

2) The Banana Man – This guy just walks around wearing nothing but leaves, playing the flute and singing about bananas.

Pier 39 is a great place to go to see street performers or buskers. These are the people who make their living as street performers, who spend all day performing for tips from the crowd.

Some people criticize them as being in the way of pedestrians, but I think they add so much fun to any city scene. They are definitely part of the reason that San Francisco is such a fun place to visit.

I’ve been to Pier 39 many times and seen some really cool street performers in the area. I took some photos and video of my favorite ones, if you don’t have time to go see them in person!

When you walk through the streets of San Francisco, it’s almost impossible not to be entertained by its street performers. It’s a city that is known to have a vibrant art scene. And while you’re walking down a sidewalk in the city, you might see a busker doing his or her thing. It’s not uncommon to see a bunch of people standing around and watching that performer do their thing. Whether it’s an artist painting something for someone on the street or a musician playing his guitar, there is always something interesting going on in San Francisco.

One thing I noticed about street performers in San Francisco is that they don’t really ask for tips. Some will have a hat laid out nearby where you can put some money if you want to, but they don’t really push people to give them any money. The only time I saw this happen was when one group of buskers would play their music and another group would walk around with trays asking for tips from the audience. But even this wasn’t common. Most of the street performers I saw were just happy with making someone smile or laugh for free!

But there are other places around the world where street performers are more aggressive about

Pier 39 is a shopping center and popular tourist attraction built on a pier in San Francisco, California. At Pier 39, there are shops, restaurants, a video arcade, street performances, an interpretive center for the Marine Mammal Center, the Aquarium of the Bay, virtual 3D rides, and views of California sea lions hauled out on docks on Pier 39’s marina. The marina is also home to the floating Forbes Island restaurant. A two-story carousel is one of the pier’s more dominant features, although it is not directly visible from the street and sits towards the end of the pier.

The family-oriented entertainment and presence of marine mammals make this a popular tourist location for families with kids. The pier is located at the edge of the Fisherman’s Wharf district and is close to North Beach, Chinatown, and the Embarcadero. The area is easily accessible via the historic F Market streetcars. From the pier one can see Angel Island, Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge. Blue & Gold Fleet’s bay cruises leave from Pier 39.

Pier 39 was first developed by entrepreneur Warren Simmons and opened October 4, 1978. California sea lions have always been present in San Francisco
