Garden Street Performing Arts is a blog showcasing performing artists, actors and actresses, and their accomplishments. We showcase beautiful acting and acting with many of the objectives to educate and inspire people.
We also help them achieve their dreams by offering them advice on how to grow and develop as an actor from the beginning stages until they are a professional.
We also help casting directors, directors, producers, etc., find the perfect actor or actress for a role. The actors/actresses can upload their pictures, resumes, and reels for casting directors to choose who they want in their next piece.
Garden Street Performing Arts was created by two young women who have been involved in theater since they were children. They are passionate about acting and have different perspectives on theater because they have had very different experiences.

We are actors, actresses, directors and producers who wish to show our talent and be recognized on a national scale. We hope to accomplish this through the use of social media and networking with other individuals in the industry.
We have been creating content that is funny, serious, inspiring or just plain great acting. We have posted short films, monologues, scenes from plays and musicals, poetry slams, stand-up comedy routines and so much more.

You will be asked to contribute a list of topics you would like to cover, with the option to pitch ideas in future. Garden Street is a street in Brooklyn, New York. It’s really a street that is filled with performing artists and actors and actresses. A lot of the people that live on this street are very talented. This blog is dedicated to showcasing their talent, accomplishments and hard work. They will be interviewed and we will be showcasing their talents in various different ways. We hope that by doing this we can educate people about their talents and inspire them to do something great with their lives as well.
Here at the Garden Street Performing Arts Center we showcase performances from many talented actors and actresses. We strive to bring inspiration and entertainment to our community.
Performances in the past have included plays such as “Midsummer Nights Dream” by William Shakespeare, “The Grapes of Wrath” by John Steinbeck and “12 Angry Men” by Reginald Rose.
