How to plan a wedding: What is your budget? How much time do you have? What kind of venue do you want? What kind of dress do you want? How many guests will be attending?
How much money should you spend? The answer to this question will depend on the type of wedding you want, the number of guests, the size of the venue, the type of dress, and how much time you have for planning.
The first step in planning a wedding is determining how much money you can spend on your wedding. Once this is determined, then it’s time to decide on a theme and style for your wedding, and then find venues that suit these themes and styles.
Planning a wedding is a lot of work. It can also be stressful at times, but it doesn’t have to be. Try to remember that even though you want your big day to be perfect, it will still be magical even if something goes wrong.
Before you begin planning the first thing you need to do is sit down with your partner and decide what you would like your wedding budget to look like. Set a date, set a budget and then get started on creating your wedding planning checklist.
You will find that there are some items that need to be finished well in advance of your wedding day. For example, booking the reception hall or catering service will probably need to be done at least six months in advance. You will also want to make sure you have enough time to order your custom-made wedding dress so that it arrives well before the big day.

Who doesn’t love a good wedding? The flowers, the cakes, the gifts, the dresses, the tuxedos and of course, the choreographed first dance! Ok, maybe not everyone loves that last one but to be honest, if you do some research and hire an expert in this area of entertainment, a great first dance can really make your wedding stand out.
I interviewed two of my favorite professional dancers and choreographers to get their best tips on how to plan a successful first dance that you or your newlywed couple will love:
1. Do Your Research Before Hiring a Choreographer.
“It’s important to do your homework beforehand,” says Delia Partida who has been featured in publications such as Shape Magazine and is known as “the girl with the golden feet.” “You want to make sure they are legit.”
Partida says that it’s very common for people to think they are getting a qualified choreographer when they are actually getting someone who has little experience and may not even be insured. “In my opinion there is no substitute for experience,” she warns. “You want someone who can help you determine what your goals are for the dance and guide you through the process of putting together a routine that matches your skills
Looking for a fun way to entertain your guests at your wedding? Hire a street dance crew for the ultimate in surprise entertainment. It’s a great way to really make your wedding stand out from the crowd.
There are lots of things you should consider when booking a street dance crew for your wedding, so here are my top 7 tips on what to think about before you hire one.
1) Do they have experience of performing at weddings?
2) Will they learn a routine to your first dance song or can they create a bespoke routine that’s unique to you?
3) What style of dancing do they specialise in? Are they the right fit for your wedding?
4) Does the company have public liability insurance and can they provide proof of this if needed?
5) Ask to see videos and photos of previous performances to get an idea of what they can achieve.
6) How long will the dancers perform for, and how much space do they require?
7) What time will they need to arrive for set up and how long will it take them to set up?
If you decide to have a wedding reception, you probably want to have a dance. The best way to ensure that your guests will dance is to hire professional dancers as entertainment. They can also teach your guests some steps before they hit the dance floor. Street dancers are quite common so you should be able to find one in your area.
A dancer needs a place to practice and rehearse. If you invite them over to your home, make sure you have enough room for them and their equipment. They may want to use your living room for rehearsing their routines so make sure the furniture is moved out of the way. You might even want to rent a studio space where you can practice in peace without disturbing anyone else in the building.
